went to deparo last nite to visit some pals, and inquire about the offer.. we'll the offer is really tempting.. i'll list the pros and cons here to give me a better idea, and hopefully, with His guidance, i can make the right decision..

why do i want to change jobs? do i really need to?
eversince i started working, w/c is on its 6th year now, i've been into the software side of computer technology.. from mainframe cobol to windows application and client-server applications, to web applications.. the offer handles the hardware side.. another thing would be my relationship w/ my immediate supervisor.. dont take me wrong, i have nothing against her.. its just that we're two different people.. you can say opposite personalities.. she's the serious type and i'm the take-it-easy one.. if ever i'll accept the new job offered to me, my immediate supervisor was my "boss" for about two years.. and i like her managing style..

why am i having second thoughts on accepting the job?
well, working hours is graveyard shift.. i've asked why do trainers need to work graveyard shift and not on the normal philippine working time? well, she said so that we can get to feel the actual business rush of the call center..

i'm planning to talk to my supervisor and ask for an evaluation.. if the results show that i'm not productive, i think i might accept the offer..
