weyt apdeyt
was feeling dizzy the past weekend till yesterday, so i decided to have a check-up. after office, i went to glorietta's patient first and inquired on how much a consultation will cost me. hearing that consultation fee is P550 made me even more sick so i decided to go to Alabang Medical Clinic instead. there, i found out that i was suffering from vertigo and was given medicine. before i was examined by the doctor, a nurse got my bp and weight, and happily, im now 99lbs, just a pound short of my target! hmm.. i think, i'll now go for 120 :D

hehehe :D yah, may vertigo nga ako.. ayaw ko pa nga sana inuman ng gamot, kaso di maalis e.. kaya iinom na po ako, hehehe :D for 1-2 weeks yung nireseta sa aking med
vertigo? hmm.. yun ba yung gamot na may advertisement na "all bulate go"?
e kung ikaw kaya latiguhin ko jan ng magising ka? :p
nga pala, tungkol sa "Healthy Weight" ang topic ng buwanang pulong ngayon. dalo ka po at tiyak na kapaki-pakinabang yun para sa ating lahat. ;)
