company rants...

after a long time, i found the company where i feel comfortable in. i love my work, i'm still learning a lot from it. i love my boss, we get along really well. i love my colleagues. it may not be a bed of roses but nothing's perfect, right? until i found out that our company hasn't been remitting our sss contributions for over a year. well, they said they are remitting them but unfortunately, they're not reflected in our contributions, due to some sss problems, but the company is duly paying them. excuses. fortunately, one of the cs peepz took the initiative to fix what the sss problem, and our contributions are now updated till march, 2007. why only march? because the grateful and nonsense hr felt that the cs peep has done something wrong, because she's the one being thanked at and not her, the hr. then, came philhealth contributions. most of my colleagues worked here as their first company and therefore has no philhealth numbers yet. the resourceful hr has given out philhealth forms a dozen times already, because she's forever losing them, and therefore can't request for a philhealth number for my colleagues. and those of us that already have philhealth numbers? well, she doesn't know who has and hasn't, thinking that we're only around 50 employees here. then came the demoralizing performance evaluation. so now, what step should i take next?
